Using a Weighted Vest on the Stairs
For this 2-minute exercise, all you have to do is to put a weighted vest on your dog and walk up and down a few flights of stairs for two minutes.
This has the benefit of tiring him out very quickly, in addition to all the other benefits that a weighted vest has.
