Have you ever noticed the difference between a sprinter and a long-distance runner?
Sprinters typically have bigger muscle mass and an overall more athletic-looking body than long-distance runners, who are typically more lean and have less muscle. If you want the same effect on your dog, you know what to do!
Pet Exercise Idea: Sprints
Sprints are a quick, hassle-free exercise to add to your dog’s routine.
Since most dogs enjoy being active anyway, having them do sprints back and forth with their favorite toy – such as a ball – is fairly easy to incorporate into their regular exercise.
Not only will this make them more fit, but it can also make them a lot healthier in general. Just 10-15 minutes of sprints is enough to give your dog their much-needed exercise!
