2 Easy Workouts for Better Dog Fitness

We all want our pets to be fit and healthy, but sometimes it can be hard to know where to start. Luckily, there are a few easy workouts for Better Dog Fitness that will help them get in shape and stay healthy.

Balance on Stability Ball

One simple workout you can do with your dog balances on a stability ball. This is a great way to help your dog build core strength and improve their balance.

To do this workout, simply place your dog on a stability ball and let them get used to the feeling of being off-balance. Once they seem comfortable, slowly start moving the ball around so your dog has to adjust their position to stay on top.

Puppy Push-Up On Stability Ball

Another great workout you can do with your dog is puppy push-ups on a stability ball. Similar to the first workout, this can also help your dog improve their core and become more stable.

For this workout, simply place your dog in a push-up position on the stability ball. Once they are in position, give them the “Down” command so that they lower their chest to the ball. Once they are in the down position, give them the “Up” command to return to the starting position. Repeat this for 10-15 repetitions.
